Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned i.e intimate, sanitary goods and Perishable goods such as milk food, cannot be returned.

  1. Considerations for initiating valid Return:
  • Bill receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The Items purchased under Sale or Deeply Discounted price (other than regular Discount) are not eligible for return, except the fault or error on our part.
  • Items will be replaced, only in exceptional cases they will be refunded.
  • Goods are required to be sent to us not the manufacturer.
  • Items should be in its original conditions and not tampered with, or damaged.
  • In case of Disputes or special situations only partial refunds maybe granted.

 

  1. Returns Pick-Up:

 

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address

 

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

 

  • The Product Should be complete and correct i.e it should be same as mentioned in bill.
  • The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
  • Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

 

The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.

 

  1. Processing:

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If return is approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (in case of cash on delivery refund shall be made via Account provided by purchaser).

 

 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

In case the return amount has not been credited or reflected in your Credit/Debit Card or Bank Account, kindly contact your Bank/ Card Company with the proof of transfer as provided by us.

 

There may be instances the delayed is at the end of Bank of Card Companies and it may take some time before your refund is officially posted/ reflected.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
